Participates in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation. Organized the creation of a registry of families in the region willing to adopt illegally taken children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine (in April 2022, stated that the issue of transferring illegally taken Ukrainian children to two russian families in the region had been agreed upon).
