Reasons
In April 2022, he commented on the need to create a headquarters for the adoption/accommodation of orphans forcibly displaced from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Together with M. Lvova-Belova, she participated in a discussion with the leaders of the so-called "LPR" about the prospects of adoption/placement of orphans from these territories.
The Moscow region became a pilot region of the russian federation, whose families took under their care orphaned children forcibly removed from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, thanks to the practice of "resource foster families". An appropriate register of such families has been created in the region, the procedure for the temporary placement of children has been developed, the issue of placement in foster families of children from families with many children who have had a long-term stay in an orphanage has been agreed with the occupation authorities of the so-called "DPR".
