Supports and implements putin's policy regarding the deportation of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Takes part in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced displacement of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia and the occupied territories of Ukraine under the guise of 'rehabilitation, recreation, and education.'
