Reasons
The company produces components for missiles, artillery shells, fuse caps, fuses, pyrotechnics, radio-location and non-contact detonators. At the end of 2023, the plant was acquired by another Russian sanctioned enterprise, NPO KURGANPRYBOR, which is already modernising it to continue fulfilling the state defence order.
As part of the cooperation in the production of guided aircraft missiles Kh-59M2/Kh-59M2A, until 2024, it manufactured and supplied detonators with safety-distance devices - block 3V45.01.1, as well as harnesses B-191, B-192 and distribution boxes B-170 to SmAZ JSC. Subsequently, under the terms of the contracts, these products continued to be supplied by JSC NPO Kurganpribor.
As part of a cooperation on the production of Krasnopol-M2 152-mm rounds the company supplied ZVT25 fuses.
