The designer and one of the largest manufacturers of electronic components in russia. The company's product range includes digital circuits, operational amplifiers, transistor sets, chips for automatic control and monitoring systems, transistor optocouplers, thermal printing heads, semiconductor lasers, IR LEDs and photodiodes. The company also produces materials for the electronics industry: multilayer clad tapes, micro-wires, pseudo-alloys, etc.
As part of the cooperation for the production of Kh-101 missiles, the company produced electronic components, including
- operational amplifiers OSM140UD17A, UD601A, which are part of the missile's K003 computer unit;
- 544UD16U3 dual precision high-speed operational amplifiers, H590KN13 four-channel analog keys with control circuitry, which are part of the rocket's Monoblock-L block.
As part of the cooperation on the production of the 9M727 cruise missile from the Iskander-K missile complex it manufactures and supplies ECB:
- 559IP1.2306 trunk transmitters for BT62-408 boards from the Zarya-61M onboard digital computer;
- 1KPU4.2351 converters and UDBU.2416 operational amplifiers for KLYV.467562.0029 boards, 4-logic elements "2ILI-NE" 1KL2.2424 and four-channel analog switches 590KN4.2414 for KLYV.468151.031-01 boards from the GIB-123-4 inertial navigation system.
As part of a cooperative effort to produce 9M723 "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles, the company manufactures and supplies RUD20 microchips.
