The Institute's activities are focused on complex solutions to problems in the field of nanotechnology, information and telecommunications technologies, computer systems, physics and computer science, including basic and applied research, development work and small-scale production of devices and solutions developed by the Institute.
Within the framework of cooperation on the production of Kh-101 missiles, the Institute is a developer and manufacturer of the Baget 62-04 onboard digital computer, as well as an electronic component base, including:
- 1890VM2T single-chip microprocessors, which are part of the automated control system VSS-1 and the onboard digital computer block "Baget 62-04" of the missile;
- 1890VG5T PCI-VME bus interface controllers, which are part of the Baguette 62-04 rocket's onboard digital computer block.
As part of the cooperation on the production of the 9M727 cruise missile from Iskander-K missile system it is the developer and manufacturer of the Baget 62-04 BTsOM, and also produces ECB (1890VM2T single-chip microprocessors; 1890VG5T PCI-VME bus interface controllers), which is part of BTsOM.
As part of a cooperative effort to produce the 9M723 "Iskander-M" ballistic missile, the company developed components for the "Baget-83B" onboard digital computer, as well as manufactured the BM2 and 1899VG2T microprocessors.
