The organization is a holding company of the russian state corporation Rostec, specializing in creating electronic warfare systems, state identification systems (IFF), and onboard radio-electronic equipment for all types of aircraft.
It includes enterprises engaged in the development and production of electronic devices and protection systems for Su-34 fighter-bombers, Su-57 and Su-35S multirole fighters, Yak-130, MiG-29K/KUB, Il-476, and Tu-204SM aircraft, Ka-52 Alligator, Mi-24P-1M, and Mi-171A2 military helicopters, and the Soyuz TMA manned spacecraft.
The holding's enterprises produce electric motors, navigation and control systems for unmanned aerial vehicles, anti-drone systems, and remote-control platforms for machine guns.
In May 2022, the organization received license No. L052-00102-77/00282985 from the russian ministry of industry and trade for the maintenance of weapons and military equipment.
As part of the cooperation on the production of 3M22 "Zircon" ballistic missiles, the Concern ensures that funding shortfalls are covered during the fulfillment of state defense procurement contracts carried out by its member enterprises.
