NIIME JSC

The company is a russian research and development center conducting scientific and technological research in micro- and nanoelectronics, and the development and production of semiconductor products. The company carries out research and development work under federal programs of the russian ministry of industry and trade, the ministry of education of russia, and Roscosmos. This work is carried out within programs for the development of the component base, the production of integrated circuit chips in foundry mode for partner enterprises, as well as the development and production integrated circuits series and semiconductor devices. The company's microchips are used in the hardware and software system for identifying unmanned aerial vehicles developed by GLONASS JSC. Under the state program "Development of the defense-industrial complex", it is developing charge control microchips for lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries.
It is part of the Element group of companies, which is part of the Ruselectronics JSC holding company, a subsidiary of the russian state corporation Rostec.
As part of the cooperation on the production of the 9M727 cruise missile, part of the Iskander-K operational-tactical missile system, it manufactures and supplies:
- 556RT2.2112 programmable logic arrays and 133LN3A.2227 buffer inverters for the BT692-405 board, part of the Zarya-61M onboard digital computer;
- 512PS11.2343 converters and 550UP1.2237 output amplifiers for the board of the air pressure measurement system (SIVD) unit;
- 533LA9.1410 four-input logic elements and 530LN2.1506 inverters for the KLIV.467562.0029 board, part of the GIB-123-4 inertial navigation system.
