Reasons
A russian factory specializing in the production of parachute and landing equipment for various purposes. It manufactures multi-cupola cargo parachutes, equipment and cargo landing systems, aircraft braking landing parachute systems, parachutes for aircraft ejection seats, and crew rescue systems. In addition to manufacturing parachutes, the plant also produces filter sleeves for the preliminary purification of fuel to remove suspended impurities and water, a wide range of metal fittings manufactured using aviation technologies, and designs and manufactures synthetic slings with various load capacities as well as flexible rescue ladders.
It is part of the parachute cluster of Technodinamika JSC, a holding company of the russian state corporation Rostec. On January 30, 2026, the company ceased operations through a reorganization in the form of a merger with JSC Parachute Manufacturing Research Institute.
As part of a cooperative effort to produce the Su-35S multi-role fighter, the company supplied PTK-10SK landing brake parachute systems.
