A research organization, one of the main developers of weapons guidance and stabilization systems for missile, artillery and armored vehicles, air defense, helicopters and ships of the russian armed forces. The institute's developments include the Planshet-A artillery fire control system, the Udar robotic system, the Buggy ground robot, the MGR-4 Shmel demining robot, guidance systems for Pantsir-S1 multiple rocket launchers, Iskander air defense systems, Tornado-S MLRS, and TOS-1A Solntsepek navigation equipment.
It is a part of the High-Precision Systems holding of the Russian state corporation Rostec.
As part of a cooperation on the production of Krasnopol-M2 152-mm rounds the company supplies navigation systems and steering actuators.
As part of a cooperation on the production of the 72V6 combat vehicle of the Pantsir-S1 air defense system (and its variants) the company supplies 2E60-EM vertical guidance actuators (AYUZh.461312. 034), 2E61-E1 digital vertical guidance drives (AYUZh.461312. 031), systems for the retraction and extension of support and rotation devices (MKRN.461314.044), power drive sets (MKRN.461312.001), and 1NA1M navigation systems (AYUZh.462414.067).
