INTEGRAL OJSC

A major Belarusian state-owned enterprise specializing in the development and production of integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, liquid-crystal displays, and electronic equipment.
Among the company's products are ECB used in the 9M723 "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles, in particular:
- 1594TM2T D-triggers;
- digital transistor logic integrated circuit with schottky diodes;
- 8-bit buffer registers 1533IR33 and 1554IR22T.
As part of the cooperation on the production of Kh-101 missiles, the company produced, in particular
- 1533SP1 and 1533AP6 integrated circuits, which are part of the missile's VSS-1 control system
- 1533ID7 decoder-demultiplexer 3-8, which are part of the missile's unit "EVM K003" ;
- 1533AP3 digital integrated circuits of transistor logic with Schottky diodes of TTL series; 9000RU4U CMOS RAM with information capacity 9000RU4U, which are part of the "Baguette 62-04" missile's BCOM unit;
- 588IR1 multifunctional 8-bit buffer registers; 1554TM2T, 1564LN1, 537RU13, 1554LE1T, 588VS2A microcircuits, which are part of the "Monoblock-L" missile's block.
As part of the cooperation on the production of the 9M727 cruise missile from the Iskander-K missile complex it manufactures and supplies:
- 4-bit selectors 1533KP14.2235 and 4-channel formers 2050. 1533AP5 for the BT692-405 board, 4-bit D-type registers 2321.1533IR38 for the BT62-408 board from the Zarya-61M onboard digital computer;
- 4-bit D-type registers 2321.1533IR38 for the BT62-408 board, 512PS112343 converters, 1950.588VG8T controllers from the air pressure measurement system (SIVD) unit.
As part of cooperation in the production of the Izdelie-30 cruise missile it manufactures eight-bit registers that are part of the BUBS-30 warhead equipment control unit.
