Participates in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia through a demonstrative presentation of humanitarian aid distribution with the aim of spreading information about the "peaceful and humanitarian" goals of russia, trying to create a demonstratively positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country" to cover up mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
Implements the educational program "University Profile Educational Changes" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the russian federation, within the framework of which illegal removal of Ukrainian children to russian regions takes place.

The university has deep and systematic ties with russia’s defense-industrial complex; in particular, it provides specialized training, conducts research in the interests of military enterprises, and directly manufactures military components.
As part of its cooperation on the production of 3M22 "Zircon" ballistic missiles, the university provides JSC "Perm Machine-Builder Plant" with services related to the development of formulations and manufacturing technologies for rubber products.
As part of the cooperation on the production of RM-48U strike missiles, the university provided Salyut JSC with services related to the development of formulations and manufacturing technologies for rubber components for the engines.
