The 929th State Flight Test Center of the ministry of defense of the russian federation named after V.P. Chkalov (929 GLITs). The leading russian institution responsible for testing and evaluating all new models of aviation equipment and weapons for the russian armed forces. The center conducts state tests and evaluates the effectiveness of new and modernized aircraft, helicopters and their weapons systems, ensuring control over everything that enters service with the air force.
Within the framework of cooperation on the production of UMPK modules it conducts flight tests of these products of various modifications, and also trains pilots and specialists in the use of bombs with UMPK.
As part of the cooperation on the production of Kh-47M2 "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missiles, the company is carrying out a full range of preparatory work, including testing the missiles’ onboard equipment and its interaction with the carrier aircraft in accordance with operating manual No. EK-682 and instruction No. 9-S-7760Tl.00.00. 000 IZ.2.
