Description:
The interior of a rural hut illuminated by sunlight. To the left, against the background of a dark brown door, is a full-length, front-facing figure of a blonde girl holding a briefcase, dressed in a blue blouse, dark skirt, and a red tie around her neck. In the center, on the blue wall, there is a dark brown slide with dishes and a raised curtain. To the right is a part of the window, cut off by the edge of the composition, under it is a bench with two black jugs, next to it is a smaller bench with two buckets. On the floor are a bowl, two pots, and a bucket. At the bottom right in red paint "E. Boldyrev". On the back - On the upper bar of the stretcher in graphite pencil "E. Boldyrev" In the house of my grandmother "1969, size 86x84". Lower right on the canvas two passports of the Ukrainian SSR. In the upper left quarter there is a 2 cm break from a hard object. In the upper right corner there are numerous punctures. Lower left: 0.5 x 0.5 cm tear. The paint layer is scuffed along the lower edge.

Description of the incident location
It was opened on May 27, 1978, in the former City Hall building, an architectural monument of the early 20th century. As of 2022 (before the robbery), the museum's collection included more than 13 thousand works of art and was one of the most interesting museum collections in Ukraine. It includes works of Ukrainian and foreign painting, graphics, sculpture, and decorative and applied arts. From October 31 to November 4, 2022, the Kherson Art Museum was looted by the russian occupiers, and more than 10,000 of its most valuable exhibits were stolen. The cargo was sent to Crimea, and the works (all or part of them) ended up in the Simferopol Central Museum of Tavrida. It is unknown whether everything is still there.
