Description:
Two male portraits in ovals. On the left is an explanatory image of an elderly man dressed as a patriarch with a scepter in his right hand. Round face, gray long beard, mustache. On the right is a below-the-belt image of an elderly man sitting. The head and figure are turned ¾ to the left. Gray hair and mustache are cropped short. The right arm is bent at the elbow and rests at the waist. In his left hand, which is leaning on the table, he holds a cane. He is dressed in a white uniform. On the chest, on the right - 2 orders and a cross.
General soiling, tear of the right edge in the center - 12.5 cm. Staining, iron bacteria stains, button marks in the corners, grease stain on the top. There is a rectangular tear at the top right. The corners are crumpled.

Description of the incident location
It was opened on May 27, 1978, in the former City Hall building, an architectural monument of the early 20th century. As of 2022 (before the robbery), the museum's collection included more than 13 thousand works of art and was one of the most interesting museum collections in Ukraine. It includes works of Ukrainian and foreign painting, graphics, sculpture, and decorative and applied arts. From October 31 to November 4, 2022, the Kherson Art Museum was looted by the russian occupiers, and more than 10,000 of its most valuable exhibits were stolen. The cargo was sent to Crimea, and the works (all or part of them) ended up in the Simferopol Central Museum of Tavrida. It is unknown whether everything is still there.
