Description:
Snow covered street. In the center of the composition is a one-story house made of red brick, with a gable roof, an attic and an extension on the left. The fence is a low liquid fence. In front of him is a dark figure of a man. On the left is a dark brown house, part of the image is cut off at the left edge. The tops of the trees can be seen behind it. On the right is a row of one-story buildings. The sky is bright blue. The condition of a sunny winter day. In the lower left corner artist’s signature in red ochre: "K. Yuon" ("К. Юонъ"). On the back, on the cardboard insert, there is a product label of "Moskomissiontorga" ("Москомиссионторга") No. 977434of commission shop No. 15/3 with a price of 1,000 rubbles.

Description of the incident location
It was opened on May 27, 1978, in the former City Hall building, an architectural monument of the early 20th century. As of 2022 (before the robbery), the museum's collection included more than 13 thousand works of art and was one of the most interesting museum collections in Ukraine. It includes works of Ukrainian and foreign painting, graphics, sculpture, and decorative and applied arts. From October 31 to November 4, 2022, the Kherson Art Museum was looted by the russian occupiers, and more than 10,000 of its most valuable exhibits were stolen. The cargo was sent to Crimea, and the works (all or part of them) ended up in the Simferopol Central Museum of Tavrida. It is unknown whether everything is still there.
