Description:
In the center of the composition there is a black tray on a table covered in white with a thin drapery ornament, on which four beer mugs (tall red ceramic, red glass and two transparent glasses with beer) are placed and dried fish. To the left of the tray are pieces of black bread, to the right is a low dark brown ceramic vessel with a wooden pipe lying on it. Behind the tray on the right is a red pepper and a black-brown vessel with a narrow neck. The background is a red and blue carpet with a geometric ornament, on which hang a bundle of bagels and dried fish. In the lower right corner in black paint: "S. Senkevich 1974" ("С. Сенкевич 1974"). On the canvas at the top, the author’s signature in dark ochre: "Mykolaiv city, Serafima Fedorivna Senkevych, Still life. 120x106. 1974" ("Миколаїв Сенкевич Серафіма Федорівна, Натюрморт. 120х106. 1974"). In the lower right corner of the subframe, the passport of the Directorate of Art Exhibitions of Ukraine listed No. 21123. The stretcher is closed with a lumbar membrane.

Description of the incident location
It was opened on May 27, 1978, in the former City Hall building, an architectural monument of the early 20th century. As of 2022 (before the robbery), the museum's collection included more than 13 thousand works of art and was one of the most interesting museum collections in Ukraine. It includes works of Ukrainian and foreign painting, graphics, sculpture, and decorative and applied arts. From October 31 to November 4, 2022, the Kherson Art Museum was looted by the russian occupiers, and more than 10,000 of its most valuable exhibits were stolen. The cargo was sent to Crimea, and the works (all or part of them) ended up in the Simferopol Central Museum of Tavrida. It is unknown whether everything is still there.
