Description:
A panoramic landscape. In the centre of the background, on the upper platform of a rocky bank overgrown with spreading trees, there are rows of white stone buildings with several floors covered with red tiles. Above them rises a tower decorated with columns and arched openings. At the foot of the cliff are walls that reinforce the shore with rammed platforms at the top. In the foreground is a gentle sandy beach with huge boulders. Staff-like figures of people and a carriage drawn by a couple enliven the composition. In the distance to the left are blue mountains. The sky is covered with cumulus white clouds.
In the lower right is a cut edge of the sheet with an inscription: I.Y. 186...
Watercolour glued to cardboard. Uneven cuts of the sheet edges. Traces of fly stains on the left. To the left of the sky is a round grey spot. Scuffs along the edges. In the lower right corner is a tear - 0.7 cm. The cardboard has glue marks and stains of iron bacteria.

Description of the incident location
It was opened on May 27, 1978, in the former City Hall building, an architectural monument of the early 20th century. As of 2022 (before the robbery), the museum's collection included more than 13 thousand works of art and was one of the most interesting museum collections in Ukraine. It includes works of Ukrainian and foreign painting, graphics, sculpture, and decorative and applied arts. From October 31 to November 4, 2022, the Kherson Art Museum was looted by the russian occupiers, and more than 10,000 of its most valuable exhibits were stolen. The cargo was sent to Crimea, and the works (all or part of them) ended up in the Simferopol Central Museum of Tavrida. It is unknown whether everything is still there.
