Today, the kremlin is waging war not only with missiles, tanks and guns. The information war does not have a clearly defined front line. By investing significant resources in it, the russian authorities are trying to destabilize Ukraine and the world, influence political processes and shape public opinion in different regions of the planet in their own invasive interests.
russian propaganda supports violence, justifies aggression and war crimes, uses dehumanization and hatred of Ukraine as fuel for war, argues Ukraine’s ability to continue the fight. It has faces that the whole world needs to know – to know in order to block, impose sanctions, deny entry, close bank accounts, and cease all cooperation.
The aggressor`s propaganda troops have no place in the civilized world!

He himself admits to his past far-right affiliation, claiming that this experience now helps him "to ask questions to the captured Azov soldier correctly."
He participates in propaganda events, such as workshops and discussions, where he promotes pro-kremlin views on the war.
His drawings from the war zone have been exhibited at exhibitions, and he also contributed to the creation of a book in memory of another russian propagandist, Vladlen Tatarsky.

PUCHKOV Dmitrii Yuryevich
PUCHKOV Dmitrii Yuryevich
russian blogger, writer, and publicist, also known under the pseudonym "Senior Operative Goblin"
He is one of the most prominent russian propagandists who actively promotes narratives that justify and support russia's aggression against Ukraine.
His activities are systematic and aimed at legitimizing russian aggression, justifying crimes against civilians and discrediting Ukrainian statehood, and are concentrated mainly in the information sphere - through video blogs, social media posts, media appearances, and participation in state information projects. Due to his wide presence in the public space, Puchkov generates a significant amount of propaganda content aimed at discrediting the Ukrainian state and supporting kremlin policies.
In his statements, Puchkov regularly spreads the claim that Ukraine is allegedly under the external control of the United States, calling it a "sold-out country" that is "ruled by Washington". In addition, he actively broadcasts the narrative of "Nazism" in Ukraine, claiming that the Ukrainian military are Nazis who deliberately kill civilians. He also spreads calls for the mass extermination of Ukrainians, in particular, he stated that "Ukrainians should be massacred".
He also justifies the occupation of Crimea, claiming that the local population fully supports russia's annexation, and that Ukraine has allegedly not invested in the development of the peninsula. Puchkov himself has repeatedly visited the temporarily occupied Crimea since 2014.
He also systematically spreads the version that the reason for russia's full-scale invasion was the deployment of NATO troops in Ukraine, which is a repetition of the key kremlin myth of the "threat from the West".
On his own Telegram channel, Puchkov publishes posts in support of the so-called "SMO," calls for financial assistance for the purchase of tactical medicine for the russian military, and shares reposts of fundraisers for the needs of the russian army.
For his active participation in the information campaign in support of the war, Puchkov received funding from the state. In 2023, he received a presidential grant of 18.3 million rubles to produce the propaganda program "Evening Emitter", which is broadcast on the RuTube platform, the russian equivalent of YouTube, which is used as a tool for censored media space.
