russian military blogger, author and co-owner of the Telegram channel "Rybar", host of the program "Summary of the day" on the propaganda channel "Solovyov LIVE"
One of the most prominent media figures who actively supports the aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine. A former employee of the press service of the russian Ministry of Defense, he gained fame as the founder and administrator of the Telegram channel "Rybar", which has more than a million subscribers and plays a prominent role in spreading kremlin narratives. Through this resource, Zvynchuk systematically broadcasts disinformation aimed at justifying the invasion, discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and delegitimizing the Ukrainian government.
In his rhetoric, Zvynchuk actively uses standard propaganda clichés such as "Kyiv regime", "puppets" and "gangs". He promotes the thesis of "denazification" as the goal of russia's war, calling Ukrainian identity something that needs to be "corrected" or even destroyed. In some speeches, he has claimed that Ukrainians are "non-negotiable", justifying armed intervention in Ukrainian internal affairs. In numerous videos and public statements, he has also openly supported the forced "reintegration" of territories and criticized Western support for Ukraine.
Zvynchuk maintains close cooperation with other propagandists, including Vladimir Solovyov, one of the main mouthpieces of kremlin disinformation. His participation in Solovyov's programs has become a regular feature, where he acts as an "expert from the front" or "military situation analyst". Thanks to this cooperation, his messages receive a much wider reach, and the narratives disseminated through Rybar are integrated into the general information agenda of the state media. In Solovyov's programs, he also voices justifications for war crimes and legitimizes aggression, positioning himself as an allegedly "objective source of information".
In addition to TV broadcasts, Zvynchuk creates propaganda comics called "Once", which are distributed on social media and aim to romanticize the russian military and denigrate Ukrainian defenders. The visual content of this project is aimed at creating a positive image of the russian army among young audiences, creating an ideological basis for justifying aggression.
On June 8, 2023, he was awarded the Order "For Faithfulness to Duty" by the occupation authorities of Crimea "for his significant contribution to the development of journalism and initiative." On November 16, 2023, he received a medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", II degree, for "information support of a special military operation". Both awards indicate a high level of support for his activities from the russian leadership.
On December 20, 2022, by putin's order, Zvinchuk was included in a working group to ensure the interaction of public authorities and organizations on mobilization training and mobilization, social and legal protection of participants in the so-called "special military operation".
