Supports and implements putin's policy regarding the deportation of Ukrainian children from the occupied territories of Ukraine. Takes part in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia through the so-called "evacuation" to temporary accommodation centers, organizing "rehabilitation, rest, and education" on the territory of russia. Ensured the execution of resolution of the so-called "State Defense Committee of the DPR" No. 84 dated May 25, 2022, on the forced removal of children to the territory of russia, resulting in the evacuation of 31 children from the territory of Ukraine.
