Takes part in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine under the guise of "rehabilitation, rest, and education," promotes the "integration" of children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into a unified cultural-educational space and the system of civil-patriotic education of the russian federation by conducting events aimed at re-education and militarization of children in the temporarily occupied territories of the Republic of Crimea.
