Supports and implements Putin's policy regarding the deportation of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Participates in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation and forced transfer of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation by organizing "rehabilitation, recreation and education" on the territory of the russian federation and "integration" of Ukrainian children into a single cultural and educational space and system of civil patriotic education of the russian federation.
Through the RPO "russkiy Tsentr" is implementing the project of the Presidential Fund of Cultural Initiatives of the russian federation "Expert of russian Donbas 2.0", aimed at "immersing the youth and adult population of Donbas in the cultural and historical context of russia."
Closely cooperates with the occupation authorities of the so-called "DNR".
