Takes part in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced displacement of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia under the guise of so-called "evacuation" to temporary accommodation centers, organizing "rehabilitation, recreation and education" on the territory of russia.
Ensured the implementation of resolution of the so-called "State Defense Committee of the DPR" No. 84 dated 25.05.2022 on the forced evacuation of children to the territory of russia, resulting in the evacuation of 31 children from the territory of Ukraine.
