Supports and implements putin's policy regarding the deportation of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Participates in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine under the guise of "health improvement, recreation, and education," facilitates the "integration" of children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the unified cultural and educational space and the system of civil-patriotic upbringing of the russian federation by conducting activities aimed at re-education and militarization of children in the temporarily occupied Republic of Crimea.
Сlosely cooperates with the occupation authorities of the Republic of Crimea and the so-called "DPR".
