As a representative of the occupation authorities, supports and implements putin's policy regarding the deportation of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation. Participates in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine under the guise of "health improvement, recreation, and education," facilitates the "integration" of children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the unified cultural and educational space and the system of civil-patriotic upbringing of the russian federation.
Implements the educational program project "University Specialized Educational Changes" of the Ministry of Enlightenment of the russian federation and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the russian federation, within which the illegal transfer of Ukrainian children to russian regions takes place.
