Participates in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the russian federation and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine under the guise of "health improvement, recreation, and education," facilitates the "integration" of children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into the unified cultural and educational space and the system of civil-patriotic upbringing of the russian federation by conducting activities aimed at re-education and militarization of children in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region.
Responsible for the illegal transfer of children from the city of Enerhodar to the temporarily occupied Crimea.
