As the head of a charitable foundation, he is responsible for the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children to the Republic of Belarus. Aleksey Talay is one of the key individuals involved in the forced deportation of Ukrainian children to Belarus and their subsequent illegal adoption by russian and Belarusian families. Aleksey Talay and his foundation organized and facilitated the transfer of children from Ukraine to Belarus, and coordinated with representatives of the Belarusian regime to facilitate the transfer of children from Ukraine to russia before transporting them to Belarus. Under Talay's leadership, Ukrainian children are subjected to ideological indoctrination.
