As the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Ryazan Oblast, they support and implement putin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children who have been relocated from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russian territory. They facilitate the placement of Ukrainians in the so-called "temporary accommodation facilities" in the Ryazan Oblast and ensure the placement of children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into russian families.

In their annual report for 2023, they highlight the "successes" of the region in placing children in russian educational institutions, including 250 schoolchildren and 60 children aged 2 to 7 who received preschool education services in 2023.

They also pay special attention to residents of the so-called "L/DNR" and forcibly displaced Ukrainians, participating in creating conditions for their living in the Ryazan Oblast of russia and addressing their social and everyday issues. Similar achievements were reported for the year 2022.

In collaboration with law enforcement agencies of russia, they facilitate the change of citizenship for forcibly displaced Ukrainian children to russian citizenship, as stated in the report on the activities of the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Ryazan Oblast for the year 2022. As of December 31, 2022, there were 364 Ukrainian schoolchildren in the Ryazan Oblast.
