As a representative of the occupying authority, supports and implements putin's policy regarding the deportation of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia. Takes part in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia and the occupied territories of Ukraine under the guise of "rehabilitation, rest, and education," promotes the "integration" of children from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into a unified cultural and educational space and the system of civil-patriotic education of russia. Implements the educational program project "University Profile Educational Changes" of the Ministry of Enlightenment of russia and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of russia, within which there is illegal removal of Ukrainian children to russian regions.
