KILINKAROV Spiridon Pavlovich

Pro-russian politician, former Member of Parliament of Ukraine of the V, VI and VII convocations from the Communist Party of Ukraine, who openly supported the kremlin's policy after the events of 2014 and joined propaganda activities aimed at discrediting Ukraine.
After moving to russia, Kilinkarov became a frequent participant in propaganda programs, including the talk shows "Time Will Tell", "Evening with Vladimir Solovyov", "60 Minutes", and "Svoya Pravda" on state media platforms such as" russia-1" and "Solovyov LIVE".
In his speeches, he actively justifies the occupation of Crimea and russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, using the theses of "protecting the russian-speaking population" and "fighting the Western threat".
His rhetoric is aimed at creating a negative image of Ukraine in the international space and justifying the aggressive actions of the russian federation.
In his statements, he systematically questions the legitimacy of the Ukrainian government, arguing that "the Ukrainian leadership is following the instructions of the West, without taking into account the interests of its own people". Such statements contribute to undermining the credibility of the Ukrainian leadership among both Ukrainian and international society.
Kilinkarov actively uses social media, in particular Telegram, to spread disinformation aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and justifying the war crimes of the russian army. He openly supports the main narratives of the kremlin, including the thesis of "denazification" of Ukraine. In addition, he has repeatedly called for an escalation of the war, stating the need for "decisive action" to achieve the goals of the so-called "special military operation".
In addition, Kilinkarov provides information and material support to the russian military and is a member of the management team of the SVOIM Charitable Foundation, which systematically raises funds for the needs of the russian military, as well as a number of programs for their rehabilitation and social support.
