Known as the "gray cardinal of russian Telegram", she specializes in "viral" online propaganda, consulting pro-government structures and SMM services in the political sphere.
Owns a network of pro-government anonymous channels, is a member of the "Telegram Bureau 3.0" - a club of limited access of owners and administrators of the largest Telegram channels, which covers 80-90% of the entire russian Telegram audience. She openly stated that she "works with the Telegram audience for clients". According to Potupchyk, her network includes 40 Telegram channels.
Cooperates with the russian society "Knowledge" and the federal educational program for media technologists "New Media Workshop", the pro-kremlin project "russia - a Land of Opportunities", and Roscongress. She is also closely connected with the activities of the pro-government propaganda organization ANO "Dialog" under the leadership of Potupchyk's longtime friend Volodymyr Tabak.
She is the head of the "Open New Democracy" foundation, which supports non-profit social projects on the Internet in the interests of the presidential administration.
Through the "Rare Books Publishing House" controlled by her, in November 2023 she launched the publication of the magazine "Moskvichka", which is positioned as a replacement for international and foreign publications that, under the conditions of sanctions applied to the russian federation, left the russian market. The launch of the publication was supported by the most influential russian media managers and officials, and the format and concept of the publication were previously agreed with representatives of the russian Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko and Sergei Novikov.
She was awarded the medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the 1st degree at a closed ceremony.
Supports and justifies the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, the annexation of the Ukrainian Crimea by russia, putin's policies and the kremlin regime, spreading typical narratives of kremlin propaganda, in particular accusing the "West" of unleashing an "information war" against russia and stating that "putin is correcting the mistakes of history today".
Owns a villa in San Pol de Mar (Spain). In September 2024, she visited Italy.
