As director of the ANO VE "Nizhnegorsk STС CRРO DOSAAF", responsible for the re-education, indoctrination and militarization of children in the TOT of Ukraine under the guise of "rehabilitation, recreation and education" in order to disseminate information about the "peacekeeping and humanitarian" goals of the russian rederation, trying to create a demonstrably positive image of russia as a "peacekeeping country".
Carries out the so-called "military-patriotic" education of the youth of the TOT of Crimea, and prepares them for service in the armed forces of the russian federation.
Under his leadership ANO VE "Nizhnegorsk STС CRРO DOSAAF" participated in the competition of the so-called "State Committee of Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea" with the project "Let there be peace and no war! Glory to the heroes and our country", the purpose of which, among other things, is stated as "to develop readiness to serve in the armed forces of russia and to conduct daily struggle for the preservation of peace".
