As a representative of the kremlin's occupation authorities, he supports and implements putin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia in the TOT of Lysychansk, putin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia, thus facilitating the ‘integration’ of children from the TOT of Ukraine into a single cultural and educational space and the system of civil and patriotic education of the russian federation, and the forced placement of Ukrainian children, including orphans, in russian families. Assists the russian authorities and participates in the organised mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation and forced transfer of Ukrainian citizens, including children, from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to russia.
She chaired and made decisions at the meeting of the Commission on Minors and Protection of their Rights (minutes of the meeting № 6 dated 28.11.2022) on the appointment of a guardian for a minor in order to transfer personal files of Ukrainian children for their further ‘placement in family-based care’ in the russian federation.
