As the Chairman of the Chernyansky District Committee of the Trade Union of the Chernyansky District Organization of the Belgorod Regional Organization of the Professional Union of Workers of State Institutions and Public Services of the russian federation, he implements the Presidential Grants Fund project "Good Deeds" in the Belgorod region. The main goal of this project is described as providing "psychological assistance to Ukrainian citizens and children and adolescents from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, who, due to their still-developing psychological processes, may react very painfully to the situation, be prone to depression, despair, or be susceptible to provocative influences." The ultimate aim is to erase the Ukrainian cultural identity of Ukrainian citizens from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and assimilate them into russian society.
