As the CEO of LLC "Wellgrad," he participated in a working group meeting with the leaders of the so-called "DPR" in August 2022. He is responsible for implementing the "Children into Hands" campaign, within which, at the initiative of the Commissioner for Children's Rights under the president of the russian federation, so-called "headquarters" are established in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The purpose of these headquarters is to promote messages about the "peaceful and humane" goals of the russian federation in these territories of Ukraine, aiming to cover up the mass deportation and genocide of Ukrainians and their children.
