Organizes and participates in pro-russian mass events at the TOT of the Luhansk region. Assists the russian authorities in the organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation and forced transfer of Ukrainian citizens from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the aggressor state, sent requests (letter dated May 25, 2023 No. 334) to obtain information regarding Ukrainian children, including orphans who left for the territory of Ukraine.
