As Deputy Governor of the Rostov region, she supports and monitors the implementation of putin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children who were displaced from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the territory of the russian federation, “integrating” children from the TOT of Ukraine into a single cultural and educational space and the system of civil and patriotic education in the russian federation.
As of December 2022, more than 1 000 children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine were enrolled in kindergartens in Rostov region, more than 5 300 students in schools, and more than 500 students in universities.
According to the Rostov region government's report for 2022, children's camps received more than 2 200 children from the “territories of Donbas and Ukraine,” and 1 184 children “without legal representatives” were placed under preliminary guardianship. At the same time, according to the Ministry of Education of the region, 534 children were placed under guardianship in 2022. More than 500 children from orphanages and boarding schools “evacuated from Donbas” were placed in the Romashka sports and recreation center in Rostov region.
