He collaborates with the occupying authorities of the territories outside Ukraine (VOT Ukraine) and participates in implementing putin's policy of integrating children deported from these territories into a unified cultural and educational space and the civil-patriotic education system of the russian federation through projects of the 'russia - Country of Opportunities' platform, initiated by putin.

The platform's goal is to integrate universities and institutes from the territories outside Ukraine, specifically Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions, into the scientific and educational space of the russian federation. In 2022, over 49,000 people from the territories outside Ukraine participated in platform projects, with almost 12,000 individuals taking part in the second season of the 'Writing the Future' project. Additionally, within putin's projects, Varyanitsa ensures the 'integration' of the teaching staff from educational institutions in the territories outside Ukraine into the scientific and educational space of the russian federation.
