Reasons
As a member of the government of the Rostov region, he is directly responsible for the policy of forced displacement of Ukrainian citizens to the territory of the russian federation, namely for the illegal placement of “refugees” in the region, including children from the territory of Ukraine.
According to the report of the government of the Rostov region for 2022, children's camps received more than 2 200 children from the territories of Donbass and Ukraine, and 1 184 children without legal representatives were placed under preliminary guardianship. More than 500 children from orphanages and boarding schools “evacuated from Donbas” were accommodated at the Romashka sports and recreation center in Rostov region.
At the end of April 2022, the first group of orphans from Donetsk region left Rostov and Kursk regions. 27 children were solemnly transferred under “temporary care” to Moscow foster families accompanied by russian officials.
