Supports and participates in the implementation of putin's policy of deporting Ukrainian children who were displaced (“evacuated”) from the TOT of Ukraine to the territory of the russian federation, “integrating” Ukrainian children into the “cultural and educational” space of the russian federation. By the Order of the Head of the Chuvash Republic of 04.03.2022 № 204-p, he was appointed head of the “working group on the organization of humanitarian assistance to the population of the Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic”. He welcomed the delegation of the Chuvash Republic on the occasion of its participation in the World Youth Festival organized by putin's decree in March 2024 in Sochi, which involved 5,000 volunteers from all regions of russia, including 250 residents of the so-called LPR, DPR, and TOT of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
