As the former so-called "Minister of Education and Science of the Kherson region," Mikhail Rodikov is responsible for implementing russia's policy of relocating (evacuating) Ukrainian children from the city of Kherson to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and to russia under the pretext of "recreation and rest," "integration" of Ukrainian children into a unified cultural and educational space and the system of civil-patriotic education of russia, as well as adapting the Ukrainian education system in the Kherson region to russian standards through retraining of the school's pedagogical staff and providing russian textbooks to educational institutions.
